SAFETY FROM THE START
Your child’s safety and well-being always come first. Every volunteer goes through a rigorous enrollment process, including a multi-level background check. Each match is carefully supported by one of our professional team members. We stay in touch with you, your child, and their mentor regularly to check in, answer questions, and provide encouragement so the relationship can thrive.

Parents and guardians play an essential role in every youth’s mentoring journey. You know your child best, and from the very beginning, we will count on your insight to help us understand their strengths, interests, and needs. You will also have the final say in approving your child’s Match. Your involvement does not stop there—our team looks forward to partnering with you every step of the way to help your child’s match grow and thrive.
